A Benefit for the Donmar Warehouse

On Wednesday, April 5, London’s Donmar Warehouse–the original producer of the current Broadway production of The Real Thing–will be feted with a star-studded benefit in New York.

On hand for the gala will be the Broadway cast of The Real Thing, along with such notables as: this year’s Oscar-winning director of American Beauty, Sam Mendes (a Donmar alum, who also directed the Broadway productions of Cabaret stars William H. Macy and Philip Baker Hall; and True West stars Philip Seymour Hoffman and John C. Reilly. Also appearing will be Nathan Lane, Patti LuPone, Audra MacDonald, and Jane Horrocks of TV’s Absolutely Fabulous.

The event will begin with a special 7 p.m. performance of The Real Thing and will be immediately followed by a reception at The Supper Club, 40 West 47th Street. For ticket information, phone 212-817-9127.
