Tony nominees Bobby Cannavale and John Leguizamo, together with Rosie Perez, are among the stars who will take part in Playing for Air, a series of radio broadcasts for public radio taped in front of live audiences. The series won this year's Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Award. Performances will take place at BRIC House in Brooklyn on March 24 and 31. Claudia Catania will moderate.

Cannavale, Perez, and Leguizamo will take part in the March 24 broadcast, appearing in David Lindsay-Abaire's Crazy Nights, along with Michael Chernus. Chernus and Nilaja Sun will star in Alexandra Gersten-Vassilaros' Peep, directed by Lisa Peterson, and Bobby Moreno and Megan Tusing will star in John Giampietro's production of David Graziano's Acorn.

The March 31 program will include Jenn Harris in Jacquelyn Reingold's 2B or Not 2B, Halley Feiffer and Jack Wetherall in John Guare's A Day for Surprises, and Julie Halston and Matthew Saldivar in David Ives' St. Francis Preaches to the Birds. The plays will be directed by Michael Barakiva, Jerry Zaks, and John Rando, respectively.
