The off-Broadway musical The Chocolate Show! will end its run at the 47th Street Theatre on March 16, producers have announced. Written by Alan Golub and Laura Goldfader, the production began February 1 and opened February 14. Upon closing, it will have played seven previews and 16 performances.

Directed by Dan Foster, The Chocolate Show! stars Emily McNamara as Cookie Conwell, the World Queen of the Cocoa Bean, who must prepare herself to pass along her title. Also featured in the company are Laura D'Andre, Talene Monahon, Andrew Pandaleon, and James Patterson.

The creative team includes Grady McLeod Bowman (choreography), Jeffrey Klitz (musical direction), Steven C. Kemp (scenic design), Jimmy Lawlor (lighting design), Orli Nativ (costume design), and Nick Kourtides (sound design). Golly Gee productions serves as producer.
