Three-time Tony winner Mary Martin is the focus of The York Theatre Company's Inventing Mary Martin.

The York Theatre Company will present Remembering Mary Martin, a one-night-only special event on April 3 at The York Theatre Company's home at Saint Peter's. The evening will feature a panel discussion of the legendary Broadway icon as part of the lead-up to The York's world premiere of the new musical revue Inventing Mary Martin.

The panel will include Broadway's Carleton Carpenter, Ed Gaynes, Sondra Lee, and John Sheridan, as well as other friends and colleagues of Mary Martin. James Morgan, York Theatre Company's producing artistic director, and Stephen Cole, writer, cocreator, and director of Inventing Mary Martin, will moderate the discussion.

Inventing Mary Martin, which begins performances on April 15, will feature music supervision and arrangements by David Krane, music direction by Lawrence Goldberg, and codirection and choreography by Bob Richard. Music and lyrics are by legendary composers Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers & Oscar Hammerstein, Vernon Duke & Howard Dietz, Kurt Weill & Ogden Nash, Noёl Coward, Irving Berlin, Jule Styne & Carolyn Leigh, Howard Dietz & Arthur Schwartz, and Tom Jones & Harvey Schmidt, among others.

The cast features Cameron Adams, Jason Graae, Lynne Halliday, and Tony nominee Emily Skinner.
