Broadway's Les Misérables Announces Rush Ticket Policy

A rush ticket policy has been announced for the upcoming Broadway revival of Les Misérables. A limited number of $37 rush tickets will be available for each performance beginning 10am daily (and noon on Sundays as of March 30) at the Imperial Theatre box office.

Les Misérables is based on Victor Hugo's classic novel of the same name as well as original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel, an original adaptation by Trevor Nunn and John Caird, and additional material by James Fenton. This newly imagined production, which has played internationally in countries such as France, Spain, and Japan, is set to begin performances Saturday, March 1, in advance of a Sunday, March 23 opening at the Imperial Theatre.

The production is directed by Laurence Connor and James Powell and features scenic design (inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo) by Matt Kinley, costumes by Adreane Neofitu, additional costumes by Christine Rowlands, lighting by Paule Constable, sound by Mick Potter, and projections by Fifty-Nine Productions. The original orchestrations are by John Cameron, with new orchestrations by Christopher Jahnke and additional orchestrations by Stephen Metcalfe and Stephen Brooker.

The cast includes Ramin Karimloo (Jean Valjean), Will Swenson (Javert), Caissie Levy (Fantine), Nikki M. James (Éponine), Andy Mientus (Marius), Charlotte Maltby (Cosette), Kyle Scatliffe (Enjolras), Cliff Saunders (Thénardier), and Keala Settle (Madame Thénardier).
