The Broadway revival of John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask's Hedwig and the Angry Inch has announced a long-term charitable partnership with Hetrick-Martin Institute, an organization dedicated to helping LGBTQ youth reach their full potential in life.

Beginning previews March 29 at the Belasco Theatre, the production will donate a portion of each sold ticket's price to HMI, which is the home to Harvey Milk High School. The partnership will also bring representatives from the show to meet with young people in an educational and mentoring capacity. The relationship between Hedwig and HMI dates back to 2003, when the tribute album Wig in a Box: Songs From and Inspired by Hedwig and the Angry Inch was released to benefit the organization.

Directed by Michael Mayer and featuring musical staging by Spencer Liff, the musical stars Neil Patrick Harris in the title role, with Lena Hall as Yitzhak. Justin Craig serves as musical director of The Angry Inch band, alongside Justin Craig (guitar and keyboards), Matt Duncan (bass), Tim Mislock (guitar), and Peter Yanowitz (drums).
