BAM Extends the Young Vic's Production of A Doll's House, Directed by Carrie Cracknell

The Brooklyn Academy of Music has announced a one-week extension of the currently running production of Young Vic's A Doll's House. The Henrik Ibsen classic will play through March 23 at BAM's Harvey Theater. Carrie Cracknell directs.

The Young Vic's A Doll's House stars Hattie Morahan as Nora, the unhappy housewife at the center of this Ibsen masterpiece of marital discord, in which a seemingly idyllic domestic arrangement slowly morphs into a battleground. Olivier Award-winning playwright Simon Stephens has adapted the script.

The show's design includes a set by Ian MacNeil, costumes by Gabrielle Dalton, lighting design by Guy Hoare, music by Stuart Earl, sound design by David McSeveney, and choreography by Quinny Sacks.

Hattie Morahan's theater experience includes several productions with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Old Vic's recent production of The Real Thing, and much more.
