Signature Theatre Company celebrated the opening night of Old Hats, the newest collaboration of veteran clowns and Broadway favorites Bill Irwin and David Shiner, on Monday, March 4 at the Pershing Square Signature Center. Combining magic, slapstick, music, digital technology, old-fashioned clowning, and the music of pop singer and Nellie McKay (Broadway's 2006 The Threepenny Opera), Old Hats is directed by Tina Landau.

Guests at the opening night performance and party included Jane Alexander (The Lady from Dubuque), Dylan Baker (God of Carnage), Becky Ann Baker (The Great God Pan), Eric Bogosian (Talk Radio), Jo Bonney (Emotional Creature), Zachary Booth (The Mound Builders), David Byrne (Talking Heads), Maggie Grace (Picnic), Gina Gershon (Bye Bye Birdie), David Harbour (Glengarry Glen Ross), Rob McClure (Chaplin), Tonya Pinkins (Hurt Village), Lorenzo Pisoni (Golden Age), Laila Robins (The Lady from Dubuque), Michael Urie (Buyer & Cellar), and Harris Yulin (The Trip to Bountiful).
