Broadway star Tony Vincent has advanced to the “live rounds” of NBC’s reality-talent competition The Voice. He is on the team mentored by pop superstar Cee-Lo Green.

On The Voice, contestants auditions for four mentor-judges — Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Christina Aguiliera — who can only hear them, not see them, before deciding to put them on their 12-person team.

The “live rounds,” which begin on Monday, April 2, will feature 24 of the finalists. A grand winner will be crowned at season’s end.

Vincent most recently appeared on Broadway as St. Jimmy in the Green Day musical American Idiot, and his other stage credits include Jesus Christ Superstar and Rent.
