Michael Bakkensen, Jillian Crane, Lea DeLaria Set for Out of Iceland Off-Broadway

Alfred R. Kahn and Culture Project are set to present the Off-Broadway premiere of Drew Larimore’s Out of Iceland, March 24-April 22 at Walkerspace. Josh Hecht will direct.

In the play, Caroline Miller, an established writer from New York, falls off an Icelandic volcano and awakes on the couch of complete stranger Hal Tanker, the misplaced cowboy in charge of the grounds who nurses her back to health.

The cast will include Michael Bakkensen, Jillian Crane, and Lea DeLaria.

The design team will be comprised of Narelle Sissons (set design), Paul Whitaker (lighting design), Jennifer Caprio (costume design), Ryan Rumery (original music), and Ryan Rumery and M. Florian Staab (sound design).
