James Frasca,Michael McFadden to Star in Seattle-Area How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

Northwest Savoyards and Trinity Lutheran College will present How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, March 16 – April 1 at the Historic Everett Theatre.

The music and lyrics are by Academy Award and Tony Award winner Frank Loesser. The book is by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert and is based on the original book by Shepherd Mead. Under the direction of Scott Randall, seasoned adult actors join talented students to bring new life and energy to this American classic.

The musical’s ambitious, adorable hero, J. Pierrepont Finch, finds his own creative way to climb the corporate ladder. Finch is advised that while having an education, intelligence, and ability is best, “…remember that thousands have reached the top without them. You, too, can be among the lucky few.” Clerks and executives alike continue their individual attempts to arrive at the highest level of corporate achievement.

Daegan Acevedo, Anne Arnhold, Emily Bailey, Debi Belt, TJ Burzynski, Adrienne Easton, Trevor Grumble, Heidi Lund, Mark McCallister, Tommy McLellan, Gary Nelson, Susan Pereira, Cheryl Phillips, Joe Rochon.

The creative team includes Josh Zimmerman (musical director), Kelly Charlton (choreographer), Tim Sauke (scenic designer), and Barbara Anderson (costume designer).
