Numerous Broadway stars will be featured on Dee Snider‘s upcoming CD Dee Does Broadway, to be released May 8, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The album coincides with the release of Dee’s autobiography, Shut Up and Give Me the Mic.

The Twisted Sister frontman will be joined by Clay Aiken for “Luck Be A Lady,” Cyndi Lauper for “Big Spender,” Patti LuPone for “Tonight/Somewhere,” Bebe Neuwirth for “Whatever Lola Wants,” and Nick Adams, Tony Sheldon, and Will Swenson from Broadway’s Priscilla Queen of the Desert for “There Is Nothin’ Like A Dame.”

Additional tracks on the CD will include “Cabaret,” “The Ballad Of Sweeney Todd,” “Mack the Knife,” “Music Of The Night,” “The Joint Is Jumpin’,” “Get A Kick Out Of You,” and “Razzle Dazzle.”

Snider played aging hippie Dennis for an 11-week run on Broadway in the musical Rock of Ages, which also features some of his music with Twisted Sister (“I Wanna Rock” and “We’re Not Gonna Take It”). He (along with Aiken) are competitors on the new season of Celebrity Apprentice.
