The complete Off-Broadway cast will reprise their roles in the Broadway transfer of Nicky Silver’s The Lyons. In addition, it has been announced that the show will begin previews at the Cort Theatre on April 5, in anticipation of the production’s April 23 opening.

Mark Brokaw, who helmed the piece at the Vineyard Theater, will once again direct the piece, which is about a family grappling with the impending death of its patriarch.

The company will feature, as previously reported, Linda Lavin and Dick Latessa, along with Michael Esper, Kate Jennings Grant, Brenda Pressley and Gregory Wooddell.

In addition, the show will reunite the original design team, comprised of scenic designer Allen Moyer; lighting designer David Lander; and costume designer Michael Krass; as well as David Van Tieghem, who will provide original music and sound design.
