Ann Reinking Set for Capezio 125th Anniversary Gala

Tony Award winner Ann Reinking will be among the participants for Capezio’s 125th anniversary gala celebration, to be held at New York City Center on Monday, April 23 at 7pm. The show is conceived and directed by Ann Marie DeAngelo.

As previously reported, the Capezio 125th Anniversary Award benefiting Dizzy Feet Foundation will be accepted by Nigel Lythgoe, while the Capezio Dance Award will be given to Tommy Tune.

Additional talent at the gala will include Bad Boys of Dance, Dance Sport Ballroom, Cynthia Gregory, Industrial Rhythm, Mark Stuart Dance Theater, MOMIX, Mr. Wiggles, Rock Steady Crew, and World Cup All Stars Cheerleading, with more to be announced.

Some of the proceeds from the event will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, American Tap Foundation, and the National Dance Institute.
