There will be a day-of-performance lottery for both presentations of The People's Improv Theatre's production of The Spidey Project, on Monday, March 14 at 8pm and 10pm. Ten to fifteen tickets in the front row will be distributed for both performances via the lottery.

Individuals interested in entering the lottery for the tickets to the sold-out presentations can enter any time on the day of the performance between 11am and the time of the drawing at 7pm by coming to the theater to receive their lottery ticket. The lottery drawing will be held at 7pm for both performances and winners must be present to receive their theater tickets. Two theater tickets will be given for each winning lottery ticket.

For The Spidey Project, humorist and writer Justin Moran, working with writer Jon Roufaeal, composer Adam Podd, and musical director Doug Katsaros, has set himself the challenge of writing, rehearsing, and performing a fully realized musical based on the character Spiderman in under 30 days with a budget of $0. The performances on the 14th will be the culmination of this self-imposed challenge.

The cast will include Liz Bachman, Michael Lutton, Ryan Nelson, Claire Neumann, Travis Nilan, Louie Pearlman, Robin Rothman, and Jon Roufaeal.

Moran is a resident writer and performer with two improv comedy groups at The Magnet Theatre. In addition, he wrote the book and lyrics to POPE! The Musical, which was seen in the New York International Fringe Festival in 2010.
