PHOTO FLASH: The Cast of Christopher Shinn’s Picked at Vineyard Theatre

On Wednesday, March 23, cast members Mark Blum, Michael Stahl-David, Donna Hanover, Tom Lipinski and Liz Stauber met with members of the press at the Vineyard Theatre, where they will be staring in the world-premiere of Christopher Shinn’s Picked, with previews beginning April 6 in anticipation of an April 20 opening. Michael Wilson will direct.

The play concerns a young actor (Stahl-David ) who prepares for his life to change when a legendary director casts him as the lead in a big-budget Hollywood movie.

Shinn’s other plays include Dying City, a finalist for the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, along with Four, Other People, The Coming World, and Now or Later.
