Catherine Russell, a longtime cast member of Off-Broadway's Perfect Crime, met Cal Ripken, formerly of the Baltimore Orioles, on Tuesday, March 1 at Borders Columbus Circle.

Ripken was at the store signing copies of his new book Hothead, about an All-Star shortstop with a temper who is forced to clean up his act and regain his teammates' trust.
