On Monday, March 21, GAYFEST's gala, Spring at Last!, was held at the Loews Regency Hotel. Proceeds from the event benefited the students of Harvey Milk High School.

The event, featured performances by Wanda Sykes, Cortés Alexander, Justin Bond, Lance Horne, Emily McNamara, Marty Thomas, and Michael Urie. Author, political strategist, civil rights activist and public affairs advisor David Mixner was named the recipient of this year's Community Service Award.

Other guests included Yuval David, drag star Clover Honey, photographer Mike Ruiz, and Rodney Santiago.
