Ashley Brown, Heather Headley, Lorna Luft, and Karen Olivo joined the New York Pops on Friday, March 11 at Carnegie Hall to pay tribute to Luft’s mother, Judy Garland. The concert was conducted by the Pops’ music director, Steven Reineke.

The concert was a song-for-song re-creation of Garland’s April 23, 1961 Carnegie Hall debut, using the original musical arrangements from that concert.

It featured such signature Garland favorites such as “Over the Rainbow,” “The Trolley Song,” “Come Rain or Come Shine,” and “The Man That Got Away,” as well as “How Long Has This Been Going On?,” “You’re Nearer,” and “If Love Were All.”
