Off-Broadway’s Siudy: Between Worlds to Offer March 10 Benefit Performance

The Off-Broadway company of Siudy: Between Worlds will offer a benefit performance for AID FOR AIDS International (AFAI) on Thursday, March 10 at 8:30pm. A VIP cocktail reception will follow the performance.

Created and directed by Pablo Croce and Siudy, the piece explores a new form of story-telling that incorporates the raw emotive power of Flamenco dancing with pulse-pounding, cross-cultural percussion to tell the story of a future where water is scarce and desperate tribes battle over dwindling natural resources.

In addition to Siudy, the company includes Roberto Castillo, Adolfo Herrera and Joaquin Gomez “El Duende,” Analí Alcantara, Patricia Cinquemani, Claudia Gonzales, Patricia Morean, Natalia Novela, Daniela Rosi, Adriana Olivares, Samantha Zerpa, Brian Abadia, Aquiles Acosta, Celina Beach, Melissa Sadler, Thomas Hernandez, Omar Amado, Diego Alvarez, Jesus Orta, Veronica Palacios, and Maria Corina Salcedo.

The production features choreography by Siudy, Roberto Castillo, Jesús Orta and Brian Abadia, scenic design by Neil Patel, sound design by Marcelo Añez, projection design by Jan Hartley, urban costume design by Veronica Porras & Joey Rolón, and flamenco costume design by Siudy & Siudy Quintero. Original music will be by Diego Franco, Ernesto Briceno, and Roberto Castillo, with additional music by Pepe Perez and DJ Leo Castillo.
