DreamWorks Theatricals and Broadway Across America have indefinitely postponed all planned performances of its touring production of Madagascar Live, following the end of the New York City engagement at Radio City Music Hall, which runs April 15-24.

This live family-oriented show is based on the Madagascar film series, and is directed by Gip Hoppe, and features a book by Kevin Del Aguila. It features the main characters from the movie series, about a group of animals that escape from the Central Park Zoo and wind up stranded in far-off Madagascar.

The creative team includes set designer David Gallo and costume designer Gregg Barnes.
The tour had expected to visit more than 70 cities across the United States and Canada. All ticket orders for performances after New York will be refunded.
