John Goodman, Melissa Leo, et al. to Help Launch The Red State Tour with New York Engagement

Melissa Leo, John Goodman, Stephen Root, Kerry Bishé, Nicholas Braun, Michael Angarano, Jennifer Schwalbach, Ralph Garman, and Betty Aberlin will help launch The Red State Tour, taking part in a post-screening discussion about Kevin Smith’s film Red State on March 5 at Radio City Music Hall.

Subsequent to the New York engagement, The Red State Tour will have 16 engagements around the country, in cities such as Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Seattle. At each, Smith, along with select cast members, will participate in talkbacks with audiences.

Red State centers on three boys who go into the woods looking for sex, but instead, find God. The movie had its premiere at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. The film also stars Michael Parks and Kyle Gallner.
