More stage veterans are joining the cast of upcoming TV pilots, according to a variety of published reports.
Tony Award winner Jeff Daniels will play one of the leads in More to the Story, a drama about sports broadcasting being penned by Oscar-winning playwright Aaron Sorkin.
Eliza Dushku will star opposite Damon Wayans in CBS’ untitled pilot, set on a sports radio show.
Gale Harold has joined the CW’s The Secret Circle, co-written by Kevin Williamson, about a woman who moves to a new town and discovers that she is part of a secret coven of witches.
Lou Diamond Phililps has joined the cast of A&E’s drama Longmire, about a sherrif in a small Wyoming town.
