Duncan Sheik to Offer June 8 Highline Ballroom Concert

Tony Award winner Duncan Sheik will offer a one-night-only concert at the Highline Ballroom on June 8 at 8pm.

Sheik won a Tony Award for the score for Spring Awakening, and he also wrote the score for the musical Whisper House. He won the Grammy for the Spring Awakening cast album and was Grammy-nominated for his 1996 pop hit “Barely Breathing.” He is currently working with Suzanne Vega on Carson McCullers Talks About Love, which will begin performances at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater on April 20.
