Red Bull Theater’s The Duchess of Malfi Extends Through March 28

The Red Bull Theater’s production of John Webster’s The Duchess of Malfi at Theater at St. Clement’s has been extended until Sunday, March 28. Jesse Berger directs the production.

Webster’s 17th century revenger’s tragedy centers on a noblewoman who falls in love with a steward, and the court intrigue that her affair inspires.

The company features Heidi Armbruster, Jason C. Brown, Clark Carmichael, Keith Hamilton Cobb, Matthew Greer, Carol Halstead, Eric Hoffmann, Patrick Page, Matthew Rauch, Christina Rouner, Gareth Saxe, and Haynes Thigpen.

The creative team will include Beowulf Boritt (scenic design), Jared B. Leese (costume design), Jason Lyons (lighting design), Nathan Leigh (sound design), Emily DeCola (puppet and mask design), Tracy Bersley (choreography), and J. David Brimmer (fight direction). Scott Killian will provide original music.
