Matt Doyle to Perform New Duncan Sheik, Steven Sater Song at Joe’s Pub Concert

Matt Doyle will offer a one-night only concert at Joe’s Pub on April 21 at 7pm. Travis Greisler will direct the performance, which will have musical supervision by Brian Lowdermilk.

In the concert, the singer will deliver songs from up-and-coming musical theater songwriters, including such as Kait Kerrigan & Lowdermilk, Joe Iconis, and Ryan Scott Oliver. In addition, Doyle will perform a new song by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater. Doyle will be joined at the show by special guests Jennifer Damiano and Emma Hunton.

Doyle’s appearance comes after two sold-out performances at the venue last summer. On Broadway, he’s been seen in Spring Awakening and Bye Bye Birdie. The actor may be most familiar to audiences from his portrayal of Jonathan Whitney on television’s Gossip Girl.
