Murphy, who will play Mayor Cora Hoover Hooper, won Tony Awards for her performances in Passion and The King and I. Her other Broadway credits include Lovemusik, Wonderful Town, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Human Comedy and They're Playing Our Song. She played Phyllis in the City Center Encores! production of Follies.

Foster, who will play Fay Apple, won the Tony Award for Thoroughly Modern Millie and has appeared on Broadway in such shows as Shrek the Musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Little Women. She will appear at the Cafe Carlyle in June.
