Shoshana Bean, Kristin Chenoweth, Cloris Leachman and More Set for Barnes & Noble Events in April

Barnes & Noble/Lincoln Triangle has announced its April schedule of events, which are free and open to the public.

Highlights will include an appearance by stage and screen star Cloris Leachman, who will discuss and sign her memoir, Cloris on April 2 at 7:30 pm; the ballet company Dances Patrelle who will discuss and present excerpts from their upcoming production — a murder mystery based on the work of Edgar Allen Poe, and a salute to Judy Garland — on April 13 at 7 pm; Joyce Carol Oates discussing and signing copies from her new collection of stories, Dear Husband on April 14 at 7:30 pm; and Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth discussing and signing her memoir, A Little Bit Wicked on April 15 at 7:30 pm. Tom Santopietro will join her in conversation.

In addition, the Off-Broadway cast of Our Town, currently performing at the Barrow Street Theatre, will join with the playwright’s nephew Tappan Wilder in a tribute to Thornton Wilder on April 17 at 4 pm.

Barnes & Noble’s “Any Wednesday” cabaret series will include Devin Richards (April 1), Shoshana Bean (April 15), and Marilyn Michaels (April 22). Additional music events will include the “Cool Mondays” series featuring the ZigZag Quartet (April 6) and jazz vocalist Dee Cassella (April 27), as well as violinist Joshua Bell performing as part of NY Philharmonic Offstage on April 29.
