Long Wharf Announces Full Cast, Creative Team for The Old Man and The Sea

Long Wharf Theatre has announced full cast and creative team information for its world premiere adaptation of The Old Man and The Sea, to be presented April 1-26. Eric Ting will direct.

Adapted by Ting and Craig Siebels, this staged version of Ernest Hemingway’s novella tells the story of an old Cuban fisherman’s 85-day struggle to land the greatest catch of his life.

In addition to the previously announced Mateo Gomez as the Old Man and Rey Lucas as the Boy, the production will also feature Leajato Robinson as Cienfuegos. The creative team will include Craig Siebels (sets), Kaye M. Voyce (costumes), Michael Chybowski (lighting), and John Gromada (sound).
