Phoebe Neidhardt and Ethan Peck will join previously announced stars Mario Cantone, Jill Clayburgh, Campbell Scott, and Jeremy Webb in a reading of Anna Ziegler's The Minotaur, to be presented as part of The Fire Dept.'s Salon Series at The Players Club on March 27 at 7pm.

Erica Gould will direct the reading, which will be followed by a discussion. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit the NiteStar Program, a non-profit organization serving underprivileged, inner-city youth.

The play, set in a timeless present, adapts the myth of Theseus and Ariadne, in which the young Athenian prince kills the Minotaur, and steals Ariadne away from Crete and into an uncertain future.

The creative team includes Sarah Brown and Tim Mackabee (sets), Pamela Kupper (lighting), Jill DuBoff (sound), and Jeffery Wallach (costumes).

The Salon Series will continue with Dividing Ashes by Chiori Miyagawa (April 24) and Exposure Time by Kim Merrill (May 29).
