Lindsay Duncan to Return to London Stage in That Face

Tony Award winner Lindsay Duncan will return to the London stage for the first time in six years to star in the world premiere of Polly Stenham’s That Face, at the Royal Court Jerwood Upstairs Theatre, April 20-May 19. The production, to be directed by Jeremy Herrin, will open officially on April 23.

Duncan plays the controlling mother of two children in the show, which also stars Felicity Jones and Matt Smith.

Duncan received the Tony and Olivier Awards for Private Lives and another Olivier and a Tony nomination for Les Liaisons Dangereuses. Her other stage credits include Ashes to Ashes, Mouth to Mouth, Top Girls, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is currently appearing on television in the HBO series Rome and the HBO film Longford.
