Janine LaManna will take over the role of Janet Van De Graaf and JoAnne Worley will take over the role of Mrs. Tottendale in the Broadway production of The Drowsy Chaperone on Tuesday, April 17, the same day that John Glover begins performances as Man in Chair. LaManna and Worley will respectively replace Sutton Foster and Georgia Engel.

On July 29, LaManna will leave the production and the role of Janet will be taken over by Mara Davi, who is currently starring as Maggie in the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line.

LaManna’s previous Broadway credits include Sweet Charity, The Look of Love, Ragtime, Seussical, and Swing!. Worley appeared in the recent City Center Encores! production of Follies and in the Actors’ Fund benefit performance of On the Twentieth Century. Her many other stage credits include Hello, Dolly!, Grease, Gypsy, and Mame; she is best known as one of the original stars of Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.
