Edelman, Fuller, Kind, O’Hare, Roberts, et al. Set for A Night With Northwestern

A Night With Northwestern: A Toast to the Past, A Toast to the Future, a star-studded benefit concert featuring Northwestern University’s most notable alumni, will take place at 7:30pm on Monday, March 20 at the Hudson Theatre (145 West 44th Street).

The evening, which will be directed by Jen Bender with choreography by Jessica Redish, will be hosted by Richard Kind. It will feature performances and appearances by such notable alumni as Kate Baldwin, Catherine Brunell, Stephanie D’Abruzzo, Brian d’Arcy James, Gregg Edelman, Billy Eichner, Peter Flynn, Penny Fuller, Michael Greif, Russell Koplin, Jason Moore, Sally Murphy, Denis O’Hare, Jenny Powers, and Tony Roberts.

Additional performers will include Charles Bergell, Evan Brody, Elizabeth Clinard, Tim Dunn, Mark Ledbetter, Nancy McGraw, Brian Ogilvie, Jessica Scholl, Kristyn Smith, Nicole Sterling, Cheryl Stern, Mackenzie Thomas, Kevin Vortmann, and Chris Yonan, as well as a special appearance by current musical theatre students from the university.

The evening will features works by writers –and fellow alumni — Jeff Blumenkrantz, Larry Grossman, Sheldon Harnick, Marcy Heisler, Dan Lipton, Michael Mahler, Curtis Moore, Tom Mizer, Alan Schmuckler, Cheryl Stern, and Joseph Thalken.
