Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth will be the master of ceremonies for the 70th annual Drama League Awards luncheon at 1pm on Friday, May 14 at the Grand Hyatt (42nd Street at Park Avenue).

The League will bestow eight awards that day, including its Distinguished Performance Award — the theater’s oldest acting honor. Hugh Jackman (The Boy From Oz) will be on hand to present distinguished production awards, and over 50 Broadway and Off-Broadway stars will be honored on the dais.

The cut-off date for awards eligibility is April 19; nominations will be announced and posted immediately afterward on the Drama League’s website, www.dramaleague.org.
