The cast and creative team behind off-Broadway's Heathers The Musical met the press at their rehearsal studio on February 19. Written by Kevin Murphy (Reefer Madness) and Laurence O'Keefe (Legally Blonde), the production, directed by Andy Fickman (Reefer Madness) and choreographed by Emmy winner Marguerite Derricks, begins performances March 15 at New World Stages, with an opening night set for March 31.

Inspired by the cult-classic film of the same title, Heathers stars Barrett Wilbert Weed and Ryan McCartan as Veronica and JD, with Jessica Keenan Wynn, Elle McLemore, and Alice Lee as the Heathers. Katie Ladner takes on the role of Martha, with Jon Eidson as Ram, Evan Todd as Kurt, Anthony Crivello as Ram's Dad/Big Bud Dean, Dan Cooney as Kurt's Dad/Veronica's Dad/Principal, and Michelle Duffy as Ms. Fleming/Veronica's Mom. Completing the company are Dan Domenech, Cait Fairbanks, Rachel Flynn, Molly Hager, Charissa Hogeland, AJ Meijer, and Dustin Sullivan.
