Flashback Friday: When The Bridges of Madison County's Lovers Steven Pasqaule and Kelli O'Hara Played a Brother and Sister-in-Law

Plus, ”The Glass Menagerie”’s Celia Keenan-Bolger as Pasqaule’s fiancée in this original 2003 Seattle production of ”The Light in the Piazza”.

Craig Lucas and Adam Guettel's Tony-nominated musical, The Light in the Piazza, was first developed at Seattle's Intiman Theatre in 2003. As it happens, that original production starred a host of actors who are gracing the Broadway stage this season, including The Glass Menagerie's Celia Keenan-Bolger, and Steven Pasquale and Kelli O'Hara, the leading lovers of The Bridges of Madison County. Oddly, however, in Piazza Pasqaule and O'Hara (who received a Tony nomination for her role in the production) played a brother and sister-in-law. Now that's theater incest at its finest!
