Dance Captains Stephanie Klemons, Nathan Peck, and Ryan Steele Share Their Broadway Stories on Latest Ensemblist Podcast

Broadway Dance Captains Stephanie Klemons (If/Then), Nathan Peck (Kinky Boots), and Ryan Steele (Matilda The Musical) detail their duties on stage and off in the latest episode of Mo Brady and Nikka Graff Lanzarone's podcast, The Ensemblist.

As dance captains Klemons, Peck, and Steele have myriad responsibilities, from running auditions and put-in rehearsals to maintaining relationships with the cast and creative team. Klemons, formerly of Bring It On, explores how working with choreographers Andy Blankenbuehler and Larry Keigwin has helped her when it comes to variation; Peck details how the choreography of "Sex Is in the Heel" was crafted by Jerry Mitchell; and Steele, formerly of Newsies, shares the unique challenges of being both a dance captain and one of the youngest cast members.
