The series features songs by the next generation of theater composers, with a portion of the evening's proceeds benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Songwriters represented in the March 12 edition include Charles Bloom, Bobby Cronin, Adam Gwon, and Will Reynolds along with the teams of Ian Zahren and Jennifer Wine; Zak Sandler and Greg Edwards; and Matt Conner and Stephen Gregory Smith.
The concert cast will include Brad Bass, Alison Lea Bender, Samuel Brooks, Gerard Canonico, Jennifer DiNoia, Lauren Elder, Jenn Furman, Carrie A. Johnson, Lindsay Lavin, Justin Lonesome, Douglas Lyons, Aaron Ramey, Angelo Rios, Vincent Rodriguez III, Paul Sabala, LaQuet Sharnell, and John Wascavage.
