George Morfogen and Jim Stanek will assume the roles of Sigmund Freud and C. S. Lewis respectively in Mark St. Germain's Freud's Last Session, playing at New World Stages. They will replace original cast members, Mark H. Dold and Martin Rayner, who are departing the New York production to perform the show in Chicago at the Mercury Theatre, beginning March 21.

Morfogen's Broadway credits include A Man for All Seasons, Fortune's Fool, An Inspector Calls, Arms and the Man, Kingdoms, and John Gabriel Borkman. Among his film and television credits are V, What's Up Doc?, Twenty Bucks, and Oz.

Stanek has appeared on Broadway in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Lestat, and Off-Broadway in Jacques Brel..., I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, Captains Courageous, Saturday Night, and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.

Suggested by Dr. Armand M. Nicholi, Jr.'s book The Question of God, the play imagines an encounter between the famed psychologist and the theologian/writer.
