Alan Tudyk to Star in New York Premiere of That Beautiful Laugh at La MaMa

Broadway veteran and Suburgatory star Alan Tudyk will lead the cast of The Artigiani Troupe’s That Beautiful Laugh, March 16-25 at The Club at La MaMa. The production is conceived and directed by Obie Award winner Orlando Pabotoy.

The inaugural theatrical production of The Artigiani Troupe, That Beautiful Laugh is a high-energy comedy piece that features clowning and live music inspired by Pabotoy’s nightly bedtime ritual of developing stories with his five-year-old son.

The cast will also feature Julia Ogilvie and Carlton Ward.

Harrison Beck will accompany the cast on the accordion and vocals, and the design team will include Byron Easley (choreography), Scott Tedmon-Jones (set design) Peter West (light design), and Tilly Grimes (costume design).
