PHOTO FLASH: Chris Chalk, Neal Huff, David Patrick Kelly, et al. at LCT3’s When I Come to Die Opening

On Thursday, February 10, the LCT3 world premiere production of Nathan Louis Jackson’s When I Come to Die officially opened at The Duke on 42nd Street.

The cast, which includes Michael Balderrama, Chris Chalk, Neal Huff, David Patrick Kelly, and Amanda Mason Warren, and director Thomas Kail celebrated after the show at the West Bank Cafe.

The play tells the tale of Damon Robinson, a death-row inmate (played by Chalk), who struggles to understand why his life has been spared after he survives a lethal injection.

The production features sets by Robin Vest, costumes by Emily Rebholz, lighting by Betsy Adams and sound by Jill BC DuBoff.
