PHOTO FLASH: Boyd Gaines, James Earl Jones, Kathryn Stockett, et al. at Driving Miss Daisy Talkback

Kathryn Stockett, bestselling author of The Help, participated in the concluding event for Driving Miss Daisy‘s February talkback series, on Wednesday, February 23 at the Golden Theatre.

The talkback also featured Columbia professor Jonathan Schorsch, and was moderated by CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller. The talkback participants also posed for pictures with cast members James Earl Jones and Boyd Gaines.

Driving Miss Daisy, which had its Off-Broadway debut in 1987, is written by Alfred Uhry and directed by David Esbjornson. It focuses on the relationship between Daisy Werthan, a 72-year-old Jewish widow living in mid-century Atlanta, and Hoke, her African-American chauffeur. The cast also features Vanessa Redgrave.
