John Ruffin's Gospel play The Ideal Husband will be broadcast on GMC on February 26 at 7pm (ET), with encore presentations at 9pm and 11pm. Ruffin has directed his the project.

The piece focuses on a woman who, after eight years of marriage, is pregnant with her first child, but finds that the world she shares with her husband, a sidelined NHL player, is rocked by a secret from the past. The cast features Darrin Dewitt Henson, Erica Hubbard, Shirley Murdock, Ginuwine, Clifton Powell, and Jackee Harry.
