Bill Cosby to Host Benefit Concerts In Honor of James Moody

Stage and screen legend Bill Cosby will host two concerts at the Blue Note in honor of the late saxophonist James Moody, at 8pm and 10:30pm on Monday, March 28. Proceeds will benefit the James Moody Scholarship for Newark Youth.

Performers at the event will be Kenny Barron, Cyrus Chestnut, Todd Coolman, Paquito d'Rivera, Roberta Gambarinia, Greg Gisbert, Roy Hargrove, Antonio Hart, Jimmy Heath, Greg Hutchnson, John Lee, Najee, Lewis Nash, Justin Robinson, David Sanborn, Yolam Silberstein, Gary Smulyan, Lew Tabackin, and Frank Weiss.
