Sweetie, Mimi Imfurst, Bianca DelRio, et al. Set for She’ll Be Dying Reading

Casting has been announced for a staged reading of She’ll Be Dying, to be held on February 25 at 8pm at Bowery Poetry Club. The presentation is the first offering from Shim Mamsir Productions, a new New York City-based drag theater company.

The piece is the first in a series of readings of plays that put a drag spin on piece from popular culture: films,TV movies, sitcoms, and after school specials — all presented with a drag twist. Dying is a teased up story about a group of Southern “hair-o-ines.” The company will feature Sweetie, Mimi Imfurst, Bianca DelRio, Bianca Leigh, Lavinia Co-op and Dallas Dubois.
