Original Cast Recording of Stephen Merritt and David Greenspan’s Coraline Is Released

The original cast recording of Stephen Merritt and David Greenspan‘s Coraline has been released by Ghostlight Records. The album is available for sale both on the label’s site and at iTunes.

The musical debuted in an MCC Theater production last summer. Leigh Silverman directed the piece, which starred Greenspan and Jayne Houdyshell, along with Phyllis Chen, Julian Fleisher, Francis Jue, January LaVoy, Elliot Villar, and William Youmans.

The original cast recording has 24 tracks and includes such songs as “A Mouse Circus,” “Song of the Rats” and “The Ballad of the Wasps.”
