Brown won a Tony Award for his score for Parade. Among his other musicals are The Last 5 Years, Songs for a New World, and 13. At the Birdland concerts, Brown will perform selections from these shows as well as new material and songs from his CD, Wearing Someone Else's Clothes.

Birdland will also present John Epperson (The Artist Principally Known As LYPSINKA) in concert on Sunday, March 21 at 6pm. Epperson will appear as himself -- without ladies' finery -- at the piano, singing in his own voice, and sharing an anecdotal interview with host Jim Caruso.
