David Alan Grier and Richard Thomas Set for February 28 Light for Haiti Benefit

David Alan Grier and Richard Thomas, who co-star in the Broadway production of David Mamet’s Race, will take part in Light for Haiti, a benefit for Haitian relief to be held at 8pm on Sunday, February 28 at the Canal Room.

Other scheduled performers include Janine Divita, Michael Lanning, Scott Alan, and Leigh-Taylor Smith.

Grier has previously starred on Broadway in The First, Dreamgirls, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. His many film and television credits include Streamers, In Living Color, Damon, and The Bonnie Hunt Show.


Thomas’ many stage credits include Twelve Angry Men, Democracy, Fifth of July, and Sunrise at Campobello. He is best known for his work on the TV series The Waltons.
