Clare Burt to Offer Now You Know at Metropolitan Room

West End star Clare Burt will offer a week-long engagement of her cabaret show Now You Know at the Metropolitan Room, March 9-13. Nigel Lilley will serve as musical director.

The concerts will feature songs by songwriters such as Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Jule Styne, Adam Guettel and Scott Frankel and Michael Korie, as well as standards such as “And I In My Chair,” “Padam Padam,” and “One Note Samba.” Her performances will coincide with the release of her debut solo CD, which was recorded live in concert last year.

Burt’s stage credits include musicals such as Nine, Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park with George, Passion, Company as well as plays such as Cat on a Hot Tin Roof Coram Boy and films such as Criminal Justice.
