Ars Nova will present Cathleen Carr and Daiva Deupre’s Two Girls for Five Bucks and the Ten Dollar Heartbreakers, March 11-28.

Carr and Deupree will present their unique breed of honesty in a comedy burlesque that lays bare the absurdities of modern life with sketches, outlandish characters, and video interludes.

Carr is an improviser who has worked with Improv Asylum in Boston and WNEP Theater in Chicago. Her other works include Waiting for Ennis Cotter, and her other recent credits include P.S. Page Me Later and Strange Faculty. Deupree was most recently seen in Pageant Play at the Birkshire Theatre Festival and she has also worked with Improv Asylum in Boston.
